Intellectual Property

Content created by skymetric remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you will receive the agreed-upon usage rights as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services already rendered.

Limitation of Liability

skymetric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
